Gas Landlord Certificates
We carryout gas safety inspections for homeowners and landlords, providing a landlords gas safety certificate on completion if required. The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1994 (as amended) place duties on gas consumers, installers, suppliers and landlords. All gas appliances/associated pipe works, flues, heaters must be checked annually for safety.
We are a Gas Safe Registered installation company specializing in all types of gas safety certificates. The gas safety certificate that we provide is given after we test all the appliances as required by the law.
